At ACS Clothing Ltd., transparency and accountability are central to how we do business. We work closely with a select group of Significant Suppliers—those who collectively represent approximately 80% of our annual procurement spend—to ensure that our values of integrity, sustainability, and ethical practice are upheld throughout our supply chain.
What is a Sustainable Supplier
A Significant Supplier is any organisation that contributes to the top 80% of ACS Clothing Ltd.’s non-labour procurement spend. This includes suppliers of:
- Product manufacturing
- Professional services (e.g. legal, accounting)
- Packaging and consumables
- Technology and software
- Transportation and logistics
- Facilities support and environmental services

Ethical Accountability
All of our significant suppliers have received our Supplier Code of Conduct, which outlines mandatory expectations for labour rights, fair wages, environmental stewardship, and ethical business practices. We are currently engaging suppliers to confirm their alignment with our Code of Conduct and will publish further updates on their commitments where appropriate.
