The winners of Drapers Awards 2025 were announced on 12 November at the HAC in London at a glittering awards ceremony.
Drapers is proud to celebrate the people, businesses, products and strategies of the companies who are striving to become more responsible, inclusive and digitally forward thinking. Drapers Awards recognise these efforts.
The biggest names in the industry came together to celebrate their own achievements and those of their peers. In 2025 and beyond Drapers Awards united both multiple and independents under one roof for the first time in decades, combining the achievements of both fashion retail communities to create one huge celebration.
ACS Clothing has won in the Best Place to Work and was praised by the panel of expert judges.
The judges deemed this business a strong winner and praised it for being a company that is built around its people. They said it has fostered an inclusive culture by design and its employees are involved in innovation, which is genuinely influencing output as a result.
Drapers editor Jill Geoghegan said: “We are proud to unite and celebrate the entire fashion retail in-dustry, which Drapers has represented for nearly 140 years. This year was even more special, as we brought together the high street’s biggest names, alongside independent fashion retailers at the heart of their communities, as well as the brands, suppliers and people who power the industry.
